Due to the steady sports fans and gamers across the globe, it comes to no surprise that this game genre continues to be one of the best. This is further reinforced by the fact that games like NBA Live, Madden NFL, and FIFA still continue to sell well despite criticisms of being "re-skinned releases". While the majority of sports games aren't PlayStation exclusives anymore, there is without a doubt that games in this genre have made a significant impact on fans around the world. That being said, Sony's PlayStation console used to exclusively play some of the NBA Live releases, as well as other games by Electronic Arts. We’ve made a ton of improvements, too: Three-point PS Move calibration is no longer required (and it won’t sacrifice gameplay player. Additionally, despite being released a long time ago, plenty of the game's original features have been incorporated into its subsequent releases. Did you know that NBA Live 95, the first of the NBA Live video game series, was considered as "the best basketball sim available" during its release? After its public release, the Next Generation magazine reviewed the game's SNES version, giving it a whopping rating of 5/5.
